Wisnu Farma grew, the brand needed a stronger foundation that could support future expansion through partnerships and franchise opportunities. The challenge was to transform the pharmacy from a transactional place to buy medicine into a healthcare partner that people could trust and return to consistently.
What we did
Mahardhika began the project with a market assessment to understand the dynamics of the pharmacy industry and the expectations of consumers seeking reliable healthcare access. These insights became the foundation for shaping Wisnu Farma’s strategic brand direction.
We then developed Wisnu Farma’s brand foundation—defining the core idea, positioning, brand purpose, values, personality, and brand voice. This process clarified how the pharmacy should be perceived: not merely as a place to purchase medicine, but as a trusted companion that supports people throughout their health journey.
Building on this foundation, Mahardhika designed a cohesive visual identity system including logo structure, color palette, typography, graphic elements, and photography direction. These elements were crafted to communicate professionalism, warmth, and trust—qualities that are essential in healthcare services.
To ensure the brand could be implemented consistently across locations, we developed comprehensive brand touchpoints and brand environment guidelines. This included pharmacy materials, digital assets, uniforms, and storefront identity, all compiled into a structured brand guideline to support Wisnu Farma’s future expansion and operational consistency.
