Reimagining tradition without losing authenticity.
Delisia needed a new dining identity and brand experience that could feel contemporary and distinctive, while preserving the depth of family heritage and cultural history. The challenge was to translate generational recipes and memories into a cohesive experience that resonates with modern diners—without diluting its authenticity.
What We Did
Mahardhika redefined Delisia’s brand concept by structuring the experience around three interconnected layers.
First, we focused on aroma and memory—recognizing that scent plays a powerful role in triggering emotion and recall. Food was positioned as a sensory gateway to memory and cultural connection.
Second, we shaped the ambience to feel warm and familiar, inspired by the comfort of dining in a grandmother’s home. This sense of nostalgia was reinterpreted with a modern touch—creating an environment that feels both personal and contemporary.
Finally, we designed the overall experience to allow guests to feel connected to the history behind each dish. Dining at Delisia becomes a journey through Indonesian culinary heritage, where stories, flavors, and emotions come together naturally.
