As Proteam broadened its portfolio toward sportswear and lifestyle products, the brand needed a clearer purpose that could unify performance, accessibility, and everyday relevance. The challenge was to communicate ambition without losing approachability—supporting a holistic and stylish active lifestyle for amateurs

What We Did

Mahardhika clarified Proteam’s brand foundation by amplifying its long-standing vision of supporting amateurs to exercise better. We introduced a new core brand idea: “Greatness Is Everyone.”

This idea reframes sportsmanship and discipline as universal values—meant to be lived wherever we are, whether at home, school, the office, or on the field. The concept guided brand messaging and expression, enabling Proteam to speak to inclusivity, growth, and everyday progress.

Outcome

Proteam emerged with a clearer and more inclusive brand purpose that supports its expansion into equipment, sportswear, and lifestyle categories. With a unifying idea and consistent communication, the brand strengthened relevance among kids and amateur athletes—positioning Proteam as a supporter of everyday greatness.
