Legacy Foods, formerly known as Legacy Group, is a leading company in the F&B and hospitality industry, managing brands such as Han Palace, Yamagoya Ramen, Top Noodle, Fajar Restaurant, and Legacy Ballroom. By adopting a House of Brands strategy, it maintains each brand’s unique identity while ensuring business sustainability. However, challenges such as inconsistent brand identity, misalignment in internal understanding of vision and mission, and the need to enhance customer experience prompted a strategic transformation.

Objective: Mahardhika supports Legacy Foods in strengthening its brand foundation and positioning, fostering a unified work culture, and enhancing customer experience through a more strategic brand identity and environment. The goal is to position Legacy Foods as a company that not only delivers high-quality food but also creates premium and sustainable experiences.
Solution: Mahardhika redefined the brand’s core idea with "Crafting Excellence" and "Perfect Experience," emphasizing precision and creativity in all aspects of the business. The brand architecture was refined to balance individual brand uniqueness with Legacy Foods’ overarching identity. A cohesive communication strategy was developed to boost awareness and engagement, while internal culture was reinforced through values such as Excellence, Resilience, Collaboration, Integrity, Innovation, and Dynamism. A hospitality-driven service strategy was implemented to enhance customer experience, supported by storytelling and visual branding to build a loyal community.
