Objective: To strengthen its position and capture a larger share of the Indonesian market amidst growing competition from both local and international water-heating brands.
Solution: Through deep research into Daalderop’s performance and customer expectations, we identified trust as the key driver of brand preference. We created the tagline “your partner in warmth” to communicate this trust and partnership, positioning Daalderop as more than a product—an enduring companion in everyday comfort. The refreshed brand identity was tailored to resonate with Indonesian consumers and reinforce Daalderop’s premium positioning.
