We defined a clear strategic direction rooted in Han Palace’s strengths, ensuring the brand evolved with intention rather than trend-following. Mahardhika developed the core idea “Continuous Innovation Within Tradition”, which became the foundation for positioning, identity, and experience.

We refined the brand’s visual and verbal systems to reflect this balance. The octagonal logo was elevated to symbolize harmony and continuity, the serif typography reinforced elegance and heritage, and the color palette introduced warmth and richness to strengthen its premium positioning.

Beyond identity, we shaped Han Palace’s market presence through a focused content and social media strategy—using culinary storytelling, chef-led narratives, and curated dining experiences to reposition the brand as a modern Cantonese destination without losing its roots.
