Mahardhika developed a comprehensive brand strategy to define Supermama’s long -term vision. We established a clear brand architecture that allowed Supermama to expand beyond rice into three categories: Home Care, Food & Beverages, and Beauty—while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
We created a flexible brand identity system, including logo, imagery, and color frameworks designed to support future sub-brands. While the brand speaks to “super moms,” the visual and verbal direction was intentionally crafted to feel inclusive and globally relevant—ensuring broader appeal across households and generations.
Beyond brand identity, Mahardhika supported Supermama through sustained brand partnership over four years. This included real-world brand activation initiatives that strengthened market presence and directly supported business growth—contributing to expanded distribution and increased rice shipments across major cities in Indonesia.
